Social & Technical Management System Advisory Services (Non-Sales Field Role)
Multi-Disciplinary Graduates or Post-Graduates are required for the Position of a Project Executive in the Projects Division for offering Social & Technical Management System Advisory & Training Services to our esteemed Industrial Clients. This is a Non-Sales Field Role and Candidates with a Personal 2-Wheeler would be preferred. The Project Executive’s Key Job Responsibilities include Turnkey Project Planning, Pre-Audit Gap Assessment, Standard Implementation, Achieve Statutory Compliance Obligations, Management System Documentation Preparation, Training & Capacity Building, Performance Measurement & Monitoring and Successful Audit Execution at the Client’s Industrial Facilities against various ISO, Social and Technical Management System Requirements. The Candidate is also required to facilitate Timely Closure of Non-Conformance Reports by Redressal of Root Causes & Timely Execution of Corrective Actions.

BACKOFFICE EXECUTIVE
Backoffice Related HR, Admin & Accounts Role
Multi-Disciplinary Graduates or Post-Graduates in Science, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Taxation, Statistics, Business Administration, HR Management, or any related field are required for the Position of a Backoffice Executive. This is a Backoffice Related HR, Admin & Accounts Role. This Role is responsible to contribute to the Administrative Back Office Support for all HR related Processes such as Recruitment, Onboarding Formalities, Payroll Management, Social Insurances, General Employee Lifecycle, Performance Appraisals, Training & Development, Employee Exit Formalities. This Role also entails Generation & Timely Submission of Finalized Contract Proposals to Clients, Liaising with Clients for Invoicing & Payment Follow Ups and Accounts related Tally Operations including Journal Entries, GST Filing and TDS, PF, ESIC & Professional Tax Returns.
